Ramez Al Medlaj is Associate Director at ValuStrat KSA, specialising in real estate valuations across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining ValuStrat’s Riyadh office in 2016, Ramez worked for 5 years in the real estate valuation division at Colliers International KSA.
During his professional journey, he has also developed skills in business development, making valuable connections in the KSA real estate market, especially with his strong Arabic conversational skills. Before joining Colliers, Ramez worked for 7 years at SAMBA Financial Group.
Over the years, Ramez has acquired a wide spectrum of real estate advisory experience, including market research, asset valuations and building condition surveys. Within real estate, he has extensive experience in appraising all types of properties for family offices and large conglomerates in Saudi Arabia, including regional and super regional malls, major hotels across the main KSA cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Khobar, and numerous mixed portfolios of land and buildings across the kingdom.
Ramez has cleared the full spectrum of certifications in KSA for real estate valuations and is a Member of TAQEEM (Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers).
