As per the ValuStrat Price Index, the speed of capital growth in residential properties in Dubai slowed for the second consecutive month

In October 2024, the ValuStrat Price Index for Dubai’s residential properties recorded a 1.9% monthly increase, reaching 193.8 points—marking a slight moderation from September’s 2.1% growth. Despite this deceleration, residential market dynamics remain active, with several apartment communities reaching pre-pandemic price highs. Notably, a villa community has tripled in value since the pandemic, with Jumeirah Islands leading at 42.3% above early 2021 levels, reflecting a threefold increase.
