David Jones is a seasoned expert in commercial property valuation, with over 17 years of experience across diverse real estate sectors, including office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and residential properties.
As a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer, David’s expertise is particularly valued within the MENA region, focusing on the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, alongside significant experience in the UK and various international markets.
As Associate Director of Commercial Valuations at ValuStrat, David leads valuation services for complex commercial real estate assets. His extensive experience includes senior roles at CBRE (UAE and UK) and Colliers (UAE), along with engagements in the public sector with government organisations in the UK and Saudi Arabia. David’s valuation portfolio also spans key markets, including Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Oman, Yemen, Kuwait, and Qatar.
