Sean has over 12 years’ experience working within the UK and GCC as a valuation surveyor. His professional experience has been gained from leading international and local based practices with geographical coverage incorporating the UK, KSA, and currently the UAE.
His professional knowledge encompasses numerous property asset classes including office, retail, industrial, hospitality, residential and labour accommodation. Sean has worked on behalf of a range of client types including international and local banks, lending institutions, developers, investors, and owner occupiers.
Sean is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Registered Valuer for the RICS. He is also an active panel member in the assessment of APC candidates seeking to obtain their Chartered status.
