Romeo has over 20 years of extensive professional experience in real estate valuation, quantity surveying, project monitoring, real estate development and advisory. Before joining ValuStrat KSA in 2016, Romeo worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at the Contracts & Tendering Section of Saudi Binladin Group for more than 6 years.
He was also previously employed as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser at CBRE Philippines’ Valuation & Advisory Group for almost 5 years where he gained his expertise in the valuation of various real estate assets. Beforehand, he was also a Senior Civil Engineer/Appraiser at Home Guaranty Corporation, a Philippine government-owned and controlled corporation, where he obtained his skills in residential valuation, housing subdivision financing and development, and preparation of project feasibility studies. He is also adept in various aspects of building and infrastructure construction projects.
Romeo has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, an Associate degree in Geodetic Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed Civil Engineer, a respected member of The Saudi Council of Engineers, and a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers. Romeo is also an Associate Member of TAQEEM (Saudi Authority of Accredited Valuers).
