Joining ValuStrat as Partner and Managing Director in 2009 before assuming the role of CEO in 2013, Shahid has been the architect of the company’s transformation into a premier international consultancy. Shahid's corporate foundation includes over a decade in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of Citigroup, holding local and regional management positions across Pakistan, Bahrain, and the UAE. During this tenure, he executed numerous international capital market transactions for sovereign entities, multinational corporations, and financial institutions. This financial acumen is uniquely paired with his four years in engineering and industrial project management at Siemens, providing him with a rare, highly technical perspective on large-scale infrastructure and industrial consulting.
