Dubai - VPI Residential Capital Values - January 2022

The pace of monthly price growth slowed down as Dubai villa capital values increased 2% monthly and apartments saw marginal growth of just 0.4%. The ValuStrat Price Index reached 77.1 points, up 1.1% since December last year. The VPI was 17.8% higher than the same period in 2021, but still lower than its January 2014 base by 22.9%.
