ValuStrat has revamped its valuation-based Dubai Residential ValuStrat Price Index (VPI), expanding coverage to 72 locations across Dubai, up from 34 previously. The Dubai Residential VPI rose to 240.9 points in January 2026 (Jan 2021 = 100), recording a 1.2% monthly increase and 17.9% annual growth, as capital appreciation continues to moderate while remaining positive.
